Traveling with Your Pet; Denver's Most Pet Friendly Hangouts!

Nearby Walks

16th Street Mall is a great stroll for dogs who are used to the city life. With lots of shopping and restaurants, this popular destination can draw a crowd most days and evenings, so make sure your pet is excited to explore a sometimes crowded part of the city. You’ll also want to bring your own potty bags, however, many businesses do have water dishes out.

Cherry Creek Trail is just down the street, offering a city-scenic route. On the weekend, this is a high traffic area for runners, walkers and bikers, which can be as short or as long as you wish with over.

Our Favorite Place to Play

Fuller Park is just over a mile from Hotel Teatro and sits between Five Points and City Park West neighborhoods - and is kept extremely clean by the locals and visitors alike. Be sure to bring your own bags to clean up after your pet - you can find water jugs and a water source on site!

Denver Beer Co is one of the city’s most pet friendly breweries, welcoming well-behaved pups both inside the bar and on the beer garden patio! There’s almost always a delicious food truck on site too - we love their Princess Yum Yum!

Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery is nestled close to Coors Field, making it a popular location on game days! We love to let the bartender hand select a flight - click here to check out their current beer offerings.

Ratio Beerworks is a personal favorite, with a big inside (sorry, not pet friendly!) and an even bigger courtyard area - perfect for “good boys” and really fun for humans.

Larimer Square is a popular street for shopping, and most stores along the way are pet friendly. We love Hailee Grace, where you can often spot the owner’s dog lounging and window shopping. Stop in and spoil them at Dog Savvy Boutique and Spa, guests of Hotel Teatro can enjoy a 10% off discount when shopping!
