Pablo’s Coffee - Put this on your must try list. As one of Denver’s first craft coffee roasters, this local company sources from all over the world, carefully roasting it by hand in small batches. If you can’t make it to one of their brick and mortar locations - don’t fret. Hotel Teatro and our onsite restaurant The Nickel serve Pablo’s up any time of day. We recommend cozying up in The Study (our lobby / community gathering space) and ordering a horchata latte, you won’t regret it.

Amethyst Coffee - If you find yourself in the Cap Hill neighborhood while visiting Denver, you must stop at Amethyst Coffee. Not only does this shop source it’s coffee via Commonwealth Coffee Roasters, they also play host to rotating guest roasters. We love their matcha, but weather you go green or traditional drip - you don’t want to miss out on their homemade cashew milk and/or seasonal caramel.

Pigtrain Coffee Shop Union Station is one of the coolest collectives in Denver, with a variety of shops, restaurants and Pigtrain! Sip on a classic Iced Coffee or indulge in a white chocolate mocha - they also have caffeinated cocktails - we love grabbing a drink and a pastry and people watching.

Crema at Denver Central Market - DCM is another collection of shops, similar to an adult food court but with all the right stuff. Not only can you grab a great lunch including banh mi and beet salads, but Crema has a truly great variety of local and foreign coffee roasters, it doesn’t hurt that it’s pretty Instagram-worthy too.

Black Eye Coffee - A not-to-miss cortado lives at Black Eye Coffee in LoHi - not too far from Hotel Teatro. This stylish cafe also features lots of trendy breakfast options including avocado toast and a variety of both hot and cold coffee delights!
