DENVER’S HOTEL TEATRO COMPLETES $1.5 MILLION RENOVATION
New Décor and Amenities Available for Denver’s Spring and Summer Seasons
and the August Democratic National Convention
DENVER, Colo. (April 2008) Hotel Teatro, Denver’s award-winning luxury boutique hotel recently completed a $1.5 million renovation. The renovation adds refinement to the elegant appearance of the guestrooms and suites, including new beds with custom bedding, new custom-designed furniture and draperies, as well as new high-tech amenities, such as new 36-inch LG plasma screen televisions and I-HOME docking stations.
These enhancements will ensure Hotel Teatro’s position as Denver’s top-rated hotel. Hotel Teatro has been named one of Travel +Leisure magazine’s 40 top business hotels in the world, one of Condè Nast Traveler’s top 100 hotels in North America, and one of the top 10 boutique hotels in the west according to Sunset magazine.

New beds with Simmons Beauty Rest Beverly Hills Black Edition mattress exclusively designed for Hotel Teatro and featuring cashmere blend pillow-top mattress and soft memory foam
Custom-bedding including 300 thread-count, Egyptian cotton sheets and duvet cover with a goose down insert to ensure sleeping comfort
An additional white goose down blanket is available for cool nights
Custom-designed furniture incorporating environmentally friendly fabrics and wood salvaged from Italy and Guatemala
Custom-designed window treatments including gold draperies and a drapery shear with white on white horizontal lines and an acanthus leaf pattern

Design upgrades have also been made to the lobby, Restaurant Kevin Taylor and Prima Ristorante. Additional renovations will be made in 2008 to the 24-hour fitness center and to the famed Chancellor’s Suite; the Denver base for many of Denver’s visiting dignitaries and celebrities.
