Hotel Teatro Continues to Roll in Top Honors
Named One of the Best 100 Hotels in the United States by Condé Nast Traveler Magazine
and Top 10 Western Boutique Hotels by Sunset Magazine
Denver, COLO. (Nov. 6, 2007) - Denver’s Hotel Teatro was selected as one of the top 100 hotels in the United States, according to the 20th annual Readers Choice Awards published in the November 2007 issue of Condé Nast Traveler. In addition to its nod by Condé Nast Traveler, Sunset Magazine also selected Hotel Teatro as one of the top 10 hotels in Western North America in its November issue. Hotel Teatro is the only Denver hotel to have been included in either of the prestigious lists.
The results in Condé Nast Traveler are derived from the largest independent poll of consumers’ preferences, the Readers’ Choice Survey, second in size only to the U.S. Census. A record number of travelers, over 28,000, voted this year.
“We are always honored to be recognized by our guests as a hotel that provides exceptional personalized service,” said General Manager David Craig. “Our sophisticated clientele often give feedback that they consider Hotel Teatro one of their finest hotel experiences in the world, and we want to continue to exceed their expectations.”
Unlike many other travel publications, Condé Nast Traveler does not accept free travel and accommodations, and its correspondents travel anonymously as often as possible. Condé Nast Traveler has a circulation of over 750,000.
Sunset Magazine praised Hotel Teatro’s unmatched location in the heart of Downtown Denver and its close proximity to the Denver Center for Performing Arts, along with its award winning dining options including Restaurant Kevin Taylor and Prima.
An exceptional luxury boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Denver, Hotel Teatro features 110 guest rooms and suites. Hotel Teatro is a sanctuary in the city to business and leisure travelers alike. While the hotel’s meticulously restored historic façade imparts the grandeur of a distant day, its interior offers modern-day luxury and uncompromising service. Elaborate theatre costumes as well as photos and playbills on loan from the Denver Theatre Company add a theatrical touch to every corner of the hotel.
Hotel Teatro is ideally located at Arapahoe and Fourteenth Street, across from the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. For reservations and information, contact Hotel Teatro at 303.228.1100 or 888.727.1200, or visit the website at www.hotelteatro.com.
