Prima Ristorante is one of five Colorado restaurants from Denver Chef Kevin Taylor and serves modern Italian cuisine daily from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM. The seasonal menu reflects use of fresh, contemporary Italian fare, with homemade pastas made in-house daily. Only the finest and freshest ingredients are used and each dish is made to order. Prima's across-the-street location from the Denver Performing Arts Complex makes it wildly popular with the pre and post-theater crowd and business travelers alike.
