Restaurant Kevin Taylor's ambiance is Parisian elegance with alabaster chandeliers, Versailles mirrors, original artwork and striped-silk brocade furnishings. The menu is French inspired contemporary American cuisine, with specialties including the following: Seared French Foie Gras with Toasted Brioche; Open Ravioli of Maine Lobster, Asparagus and Sweet Corn; Roast Colorado Lamb Sirloin and Herbed Chop with Fava Beans. Restaurant Kevin Taylor has received the AAA Four-Diamond Award and Wine Spectator's "Best of Award Of Excellence."
Wines from the 900-bottle list/5,000 bottle wine cellar are under the auspices of sommelier Kevin Arndt.
