Transportation Info

There are many modes of transportation for getting around Denver.  But let’s tackle the number one inquiry first. 

FROM DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (DIA) 

Private Car Service 

We are pleased to recommend our premiere driving service, Alliance Limousine of Denver.  They offer everything from town car service to stretch limos, 15 passenger vans or Hummer limo buses.   Alliance Limousine provides reliable, professional and luxurious transfers from DIA to Hotel Teatro for $78 a trip, one way.  This rate includes gratuity.  They also offer an hourly rate for evening outings and even days trip into the mountains.  Please contact the Concierge Desk at Hotel Teatro by accessing the Concierge Request link on our home page or calling us directly at (303) 228-1112. 

Taxis

Taxi cabs are readily available 24 hours a day at all DIA ground transportation islands.  You may also contact Hotel Teatro directly and ask a bellman to set up your transfer from the airport with one of their preferred taxi drivers.  The fare is approximately $46 one way plus gratuity.  There is a $2.50 charge for each additional person.  Hotel Teatro’s bell staff can take it from there, booking taxis for any of your transportation requests.

Super Shuttle

This is the most cost-effective option but also takes 60-90 minutes, stopping at all hotels between DIA and Hotel Teatro.  Please visit the yellow kiosk in DIA’s main terminal to book your transfer.  Rates run $19 for a one way trip, $36 for roundtrip.  They depart DIA every 15 to 30 minutes.

ON THE TOWN

Hotel Teatro’s Luxury Escalade SUV

Our valet staff will be pleased to deliver you to locations within 2-3 miles of the hotel.  This complimentary service is offered on a first come/first serve basis.  As there are no reservations taken, valet recommends that you contact them 15 minutes prior to departing for your destination so they may get your name on a limited wait list. 

On Your Own

Denver is an easy city to navigate.  If your plans include bicycles, Segways or roller blades, we would be pleased to arrange for your day out.  Night time brings out the city’s chauffeured pedi-cabs and horse & carriages for open air rides through downtown Denver.  If a romantic gondola ride down Cherry Creek is more to your taste, bring along the wine and cheese, sit back and see Denver from an entirely different viewpoint!   For the “inner road-tripper” in everyone, we may always arrange for a rental car or even a Harley of your choosing with Map Quested trips tailored to your interests and level of adventure.  With a few pointers from our knowledgeable staff, you are set to go!
