"This was a lovely overnight stay in downtown Denver. The Hotel staff make you fill like royalty - even if you're standing there in tennis shoes and blue jean shorts. (: The room is very comfortable, and the bathroom beautiful. You will want to return next time you're in Denver!"
A NICE BOUTIQUE HOTEL

"A fine alternative to the mega Hotels in downtown Denver. The staff is excellent and very attentive. We did not eat at the bar/restaurant at the Hotel because there are so many other choices for good dining in the area. The 16th St pedestrian mall is only two blocks away and has free bus service along the mall in both directions. The rooms are up to date and have free wireless internet access, a mini fridge, and a sitting area. My only negative comment would be that the shower area does not have a partition for 2/3s of the shower and even with the curtain, allows water to splash into the bathroom itself. I would not hesitate to stay there again for any future trips to the area."
GREAT LOCATION, AMAZING STAFF - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Teatro. Rooms are great, the restaurant is great, EVERY staff member was absolutely brilliant and very friendly. My colleague was quite ill and required driving to an Urgent Care facility twice during our stay and I can't even begin to describe how wonderful the staff were about this. Quick to react and would have driven us to another state if needs be. If you are in Denver for business or pleasure, I doubt you will find better staff or a better overall hotel than this one. Thanks so much to all the guys at Teatro. Cheers.
A GREAT BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Great staff. We picked this hotel because of courtesy car so we didn't have to rent vehicle and pay more for parking. Even took us to Broncos game. Very comfy beds with chocolates on pillows each night. Large shower and a separate tub. Recommend the French toast brioche for breakfast. We will stay here again. We were in walking of distance of most of the stuff we wanted to do. We had car drop us off at other end and walked back. Was $55 for taxi to airport. Was my 50th birthday and concierge had a birthday card for me. Website I had booked travel thru had wine and chocolates in room for my birthday.
SMALL, FRIENDLY, CONVENIENT LOCATION

Very friendly front valet people. Nice to come back to hotel for that reason. Room was not that big but had two windows as corner room. Very clean but could use more drawers at every furniture item. Would be nice if staying there more than one night. Great shower/tub combo bathroom and robes. Location is great, near restaurants, shops and sightseeing places. And complimentary SUV service on first come basis to nearby locations, both drop off and pick up if available--nice extra perk. Will definitely stay there again.
I'LL BE BACK!

These guys really can't do enough for you. It is so refreshing in this day and age. They'll gladly run you around town in one of their cars, arrange airport transfers, serve fab food and drinks in the bar & resto. The rooms are deluxe too. Absolutely nothing to fault. It should be no. 1 hotel in Denver, if not the whole USA!
BOUTIQUE HOTEL WITH NICE ROOMS AND GOOD SERVICE

This hotel had very helpful staff and beautiful rooms. it is very convenient to the Denver Performing Arts Center and the Wells Fargo Theater and Convention Center. Parking is expensive in downtown Denver but the location is great.

I remember this building when it was the headquarters for the Denver Tramway Corp. and the large brick structure to the south was a car barn that held streetcars. I also remember it when it was the Denver campus of the University of Colorado. It's a noble building, and has been lovingly and tastefully restored. The sash windows even work. To get you fresh air. From outside. What a concept! Its location is perfect for attending a performance at the Denver Performing Arts Center. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the valet parking a pleasure. All in all, probably the best hotel in Denver. My only gripe, and its minor, is that the elevators are very old and very slow.
IDEAL BOUTIQUE HOTEL LOCATION

We love this hotel because it is a five-minute walk to the Denver Performing Arts complex. Most people in the audience are still trying to get their cars out of the tall circular parking garage when we are back at the hotel bar enjoying ourselves. Breakfast is wonderful and the service in the little restuarant is both warm and professional. They got our reservations all wrong, but their email alert let us know and they fixed everything right away. One major complaint because we are enthusiastic readers: The lighting in the room is not at all adequate. We always return to this hotel each time we go to an event at the Performing Arts complex. Valet parking takes your car away and then you can walk everywhere in LoDo.
TEATRO WILL BE MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN DENVER

I just spent 3 nights and 4 days at Hotel Teatro, based on the recommendation of a colleague. I've never felt more comfortable and attended to in a hotel. The corner room we had was large and tastefully designed with theatric black and white prints on the wall. After a long work (and play) day, the deep marble soaker tub is a luxurious pleasure. The housekeeping service (twice a day!) and staff are amazing and friendly. I felt at home here. The hotel is just a few blocks away from everything you want to do in downtown Denver--including trendy Larimer Street. I'm a big fan of boutique hotels, and generally they are lovely. This one is even lovelier. I shall return.
VERY NICE HISTORIC HOTEL

Service was very good if a little inexperienced. Rooms were traditional, nice, and well-appointed but small as youo would expect from an older hotel. Night was restful. Bar closed at 10:00 p.m. (!). Clientelle was a mix of business and eclectic. Very good limo service to Coors Field. Common area decor was theatrical! I guess I should expect that but a little strange on a business trip. Overall a very good experience for a one-night stay.
GREAT HOTEL IN GREAT LOCATION!

This is a great hotel. I visited over a weekend in August. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to shopping and eating. Located across the street from the performing arts theater. Only downside is be careful of the regular queen rooms, very small room. We asked to upgrade to a deluxe king. The bed was so comfy and the Aveda products in the bathroom were a plus. No pool or spa at this hotel. If you stay here you'll have a great visit.

I just checked out and the hotel is wonderful. The staff is very friendly (constantly asking if i had any questions or needed directions). Bed was comfortable. Room was tastefully decorated. The TV was kind of a pain... only a few channels in HD but I wasn't there to watch TV, soooo.... Loved the complimentary water. I only wish they didn't use Aveda products.

I Spent last Saturday night at Hotel Teatro... What a treat!!!! This is definitely my go to hotel in Denver. It starts with the bellman Jason who is so helpful and gets you inside quickly (also gives you a map and directions if you venture out). Then you go to the front desk and are greeted by the nicest staff (Gina & Matt were so helpful and nice) who quickly gets you checked in. You ride the elevator up to your beautiful, clean, awesome room with a comfy bed and sparkling clean bathroom with Aveda products. Then there is a nice note from the concierge and a beautiful view of the Denver skyline. I plugged my iphone into the music player and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset from the balcony while I had a drink and got ready for the evening. There are great bars and restaurants a short walk (the hotel also has some great ones) or you can take the hotel car which is so convenient.

We visited one night for a weekend getaway celebrating my wife's birthday. The staff was truly exceptional - always sincerely interested in how they might be of assistance. The concierge was wonderfully helpful. We particularly enjoyed the limousine for in-area transportation. The room was on the small side, but very tasteful The bathroom was very nice, with a separate soaker tub and shower. Only two minor complaints - the curtains in our room had some stains - and the service in the hotel bar varied from spectacular to indifferent. Still, it was one of the more enjoyable stays - on every level - that we've had in years!
